At the end of August, 2021 we were successful in paying off our loan to the Diocese of Orlando that had been used to pay for new air conditioners and a new roof over the past years.
We have now established a Maintenance Fund through the diocese for future major building repairs, as we are aware that by 2024 the roof over the church and offices will need to have new shingles. Our prayer is when this time comes we will have the funds available and not have to take out another loan. So we now earn interest rather than paying interest.
